General Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Services

Healing Forest E.I.R.L. offers healing experiences, spiritual retreats, introspective processes, and nature immersion, including accommodation, full board, and transfers, through the purchase of a voucher redeemable for a one-week stay at the center.

The service is a comprehensive retreat package that includes, as a general guide:

• Accommodation within the Healing Forest center.
• Full board meals throughout the entire stay.
• Round-trip transfers to and from the nearest airport.
• Internal transfers required during the experience.
• Guided visits to natural areas or points of interest (such as rescue centers).
• One overnight wilderness camping experience, where applicable.
• Participation in all proposed activities, ceremonies, and group dynamics.
• Ongoing support from the facilitating team.

The exact composition of activities may vary depending on the specific program, weather conditions, logistics, accessibility, and the organizing team’s discretion.

2. Voucher-Based Booking Model

Access to all experiences is exclusively through the purchase of a digital or physical voucher, which represents the right to participate in a full week-long retreat at Healing Forest.

The voucher is the only valid proof of access to the service.

3. Voucher Duration and Validity

The voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of purchase. If unused within this period, the voucher will automatically expire, and the holder will forfeit all rights to use it, with no entitlement to a refund, compensation, or extension.

4. Booking Conditions

To redeem the voucher, participants must:

• Submit a booking request at least thirty (30) calendar days in advance.
• Acknowledge that stays are only available as full weeks, with:
  • Check-in: Monday
  • Check-out: The following Monday

Partial stays, non-Monday arrivals, and early departures are not accepted.

All bookings are subject to availability and the center’s operational capacity.

5. Refund Policy

The voucher is NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances.

By completing the purchase, the buyer expressly and knowingly accepts that no refunds will be issued — whether full or partial — regardless of the reasons presented by the buyer or participant.

6. Voucher Transfer

The voucher may be transferred to another person, provided that:

• The transfer is communicated at least 15 days in advance.
• The recipient meets all physical, mental, and medical requirements.
• Healing Forest E.I.R.L. gives its express approval.

Healing Forest E.I.R.L. reserves the right to accept or decline the new participant if their profile is deemed incompatible with the experience.

7. Participation Requirements

The participant declares, under their own responsibility, that they:

• Are in adequate physical and mental condition.
• Do not suffer from serious psychiatric conditions.
• Are not undergoing treatment with contraindicated medications.
• Do not have active severe addictions.

Healing Forest E.I.R.L. accepts no liability for consequences arising from false, incomplete, or withheld medical information.

8. Date Changes Requested by the Participant

Date changes are only permitted with at least 15 days’ notice, are subject to availability, and immediate reassignment of new dates cannot be guaranteed.

9. Cancellations or Modifications by Healing Forest

Healing Forest E.I.R.L. may modify or cancel an experience in the event of:

• Force majeure.
• Extreme weather conditions.
• Logistical, access, or safety issues.
• Health-related issues affecting the facilitating team.

In such cases, the voucher will not be forfeited but rescheduled.

10. Non-Medical Nature of the Service

The participant acknowledges and agrees that:

• Healing Forest E.I.R.L. is not a medical or therapeutic center.
• No medical or psychological diagnoses are made.
• The service does not replace professional healthcare treatment.

All activities are spiritual, energetic, introspective, educational, and experiential in nature.

11. Results and Expectations

Healing Forest E.I.R.L. does not guarantee specific outcomes, personal transformations, or predetermined effects.

Every experience is subjective and depends entirely on each participant’s individual process.

12. Travel and Medical Insurance

Each participant is responsible for obtaining their own valid travel and/or international medical insurance for the country where the experience takes place.

This insurance must cover, at a minimum:

• Medical assistance.
• Hospitalization.
• Medical transport or evacuation.
• Personal accidents.

Healing Forest E.I.R.L. holds general liability insurance, which does not cover participants’ personal medical expenses.

13. Natural Hazards and Jungle Environment

The participant acknowledges that the experience takes place in a wild natural environment characteristic of the Amazon rainforest, where inherent risks exist, including but not limited to:

• The presence of insects, animals, reptiles, and wildlife.
• Bites, stings, or contact with plants.
• Uneven terrain, humidity, heat, and heavy rainfall.
• Outdoor activities and jungle treks.

The participant accepts these risks as an inherent part of the experience, releasing Healing Forest E.I.R.L. from liability for any incidents arising from natural factors beyond its control.

14. Participant Responsibility

The participant assumes full responsibility for:

• Their physical, emotional, and mental condition.
• Their personal medical and travel insurance.
• Their reactions during activities.
• The use of facilities, transfers, and outdoor activities.
• Their personal belongings.
• Their conduct and coexistence within the center.

Healing Forest E.I.R.L. shall not be liable for:

• Medical expenses not covered by the participant’s insurance.
• Accidents resulting from personal negligence.
• Emotional or psychological reactions.
• Personal decisions made during or after the retreat.

15. Community Guidelines

The participant agrees to:

• Treat the team and fellow participants with respect.
• Refrain from consuming any unauthorized external substances.
• Maintain a respectful and cooperative attitude.
• Comply with the center’s internal rules.

Healing Forest E.I.R.L. reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the proper functioning of the retreat, without entitlement to a refund.

16. Image Rights

The participant grants permission for their image to be used in photographs or videos for promotional, testimonial, or communication purposes, unless written notice to the contrary is provided before the retreat begins.

17. Intellectual Property

All content, training materials, texts, images, and videos are the exclusive property of Healing Forest E.I.R.L.

18. Data Protection

Personal data will be handled in accordance with current Peruvian legislation and used solely for administrative, commercial, and legal purposes.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Department of Loreto, Peru.

SPECIAL LEGAL PROTECTION CLAUSES

Informed Acceptance Clause

The purchase of the voucher constitutes full, conscious, and voluntary acceptance of all conditions described herein.

Therapeutic Liability Disclaimer

Healing Forest E.I.R.L. does not operate as a healthcare or therapeutic entity.

No-Guarantee Clause

No specific personal, emotional, spiritual, or life outcomes are guaranteed.

Voluntary Participation Clause

The participant declares that they are taking part by their own free will and under their full personal responsibility.
